Can I book both consultations and lab tests?
Yes. Doctor and clinic consultations use the appointment flow. Diagnostic tests and health packages use the separate lab booking flow.
How do I find a doctor or clinic?
Search by doctor, specialty, practice or location. Only approved consultations appear in public discovery. The appointment page shows the available times and consultation fee.
Is home sample collection available in my area?
Choose your test and confirm your collection address during booking. Availability depends on the supported location, laboratory and collection slots.
Where can I see my reports?
Sign in to your Doctor I account to view released laboratory reports. A doctor consultation does not automatically include a laboratory report.
How do payments and cancellations work?
Review the payment choices and applicable cancellation terms in the relevant booking flow. Uploaded payment evidence remains pending until verified.
How can my clinic or laboratory join Doctor I?
Contact the Doctor I partner team. Registration, professional documents, services and commercial terms are reviewed before approved partner access becomes available.
